Welcome to Sip — Dating Advice for Women. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Sip mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using Sip, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Please read these terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights and responsibilities when using Sip, including limitations on our liability and how disputes are resolved.
Sip is intended for use by individuals who are at least 17 years of age. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, you are not permitted to use Sip.
Sip is designed primarily as a dating advice and companion app for women. However, we welcome all adults who are looking for thoughtful, AI-powered relationship guidance.
Sip does not currently require account registration. Your preferences, history, and settings are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the app.
You agree to use Sip only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
Sip uses artificial intelligence to provide dating advice, analyse conversation patterns, generate reply suggestions, and offer bio feedback. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Sip offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features and remove usage limits. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
For subscription issues, billing disputes, or refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all billing is managed through Apple's payment infrastructure.
When you use Sip's features, you may submit text, messages, bio content, and other information for analysis. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content to Sip, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the requested service.
You agree not to submit content that:
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access if submitted content violates these terms, at our sole discretion.
All content, features, design, branding, code, and functionality within Sip are the exclusive property of Sip and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of Sip without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property for any purpose beyond using the app as intended.
Sip may display advertisements through Google AdMob and other advertising partners. These advertisements help us provide the app at no cost to users who do not subscribe to a premium plan. By using Sip, you acknowledge that:
Sip is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
We do not warrant that any advice, analysis, or content provided through Sip will result in any particular outcome in your personal relationships or dating life.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sip and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50) if you have not made any purchases.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sip at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in abusive behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may stop using Sip at any time by deleting the app from your device. Cancellation of a paid subscription must be done through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Upon termination, all locally stored data will be removed when you delete the app. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sip shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If you are located in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring a dispute before the courts of your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by displaying a notice within the app or by updating the effective date below. Your continued use of Sip after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with updated terms, you should stop using the app.
